The World Around Us!
A fish's nervous system starts out with the sense organs like the lateral line, eyes, and nose. these sense organs have nerves sends a message to the brain by sending electrical impulses from the nerves trough the spinal cord to the brain.

In a fish it brain has six different sections the olfactory lobe, cerebrum, optic lob, cerebellum, medulla, and spinal cord.

The olfactory lob is connected to the nostrils which draws in odor from the water by using the nerves. the brain then tells you what you are smelling.

The cerebrum controls reasoning, maternal care and higher brain function.

The optic lode helps with fish sight as well as hearing. fish have optic nerves near their eyes and they have lens.

The cerebellum helps with there coordinates with balance and movement.

The medulla controls internal organs.
The spinal cord is used as a messenger just like UPS or Fed-X.
